It just seems a little intense. I had tried this a while back and just forgot about it, and I stumbled across the topic again, and decided to go try out what I remembered. I relax and think for about five minutes, getting progressively less able to think, shortening my thoughts into one word sentences. BOOM! Concentric circles of blue and white explode from a pitch black background. My left eye twitches rapidly, and I have no control of my right arm. I get freaaked out (I had only read the procedure, not what happens. I had a little bit of online material, completelly free.) I'm a little scared to try it again.  |

| Now you have had first hand experience of why the all ethical practitioners won't give out information that might lead anyone to try hypnosis without proper training, or a competent person nearby to correct any problems. Go take a course.... |

| Your mind is very powerful, and self-hypnosis is a wonderful tool for exploring. It is important to have good information though, and a trained therapist to consult with if you have any questions.
