What is
the
difference between a POP3 account and my

until you retrieve them with an email program
(i.e. - Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.). A
forwarding account simply forwards all emails
directly to an existing email account that you
already have. Additionally, you can use a
browser based interface to login and interact
with your email right online from anywhere you
can get to an Internet connection.

What if
someone misspells my email account name or
handle?
We will
forward it to your correct email account.
If it is an error that happens frequently (i.e.
- terrie@ and terry@) we will set up an alias
account where it will automatically be forwarded
in the future.

What if
I cancel my account?
The yearly fees are "paid in
advance" and are for the entire period term
whether it is used or not. Should you
cancel your email address account prior to the
period end or before the renewal date there will
be no refund. There is no prorated fee or
monthly payment plan.

How do
I renew my account?
Renewal is done automatically
using the credit card you use when you set up
the account. Renewal will continue until
such time that you cancel the account and no
longer have access to the service.
What
email names are available?
You can use any name you want as long as it hasn't already been used or
reserved within the HypnosisOnline.com POP3
email addresses. For example:
hypnosolutions @
HypnosisOnline.net would be fine even if
http://hypnosolutions.com was already taken on
the Internet. Almost all branded names are available again as a
POP3 email address under the
HypnosisOnline.com umbrella.

not for long-term storage of messages.

(spamming) is strictly forbidden. We reserve
the right to remove any account, at any time and
for any reason. Using the account to cross
post to newsgroups or post advertisements online
or via email may be considered abuse.
Using the account in anyway to cause harm or
mislead others is considered abuse. Any accounts
that receive abnormal amounts of email messages
(i.e.- mail bomb, flamed, etc.) then we reserve the
right to switch them off to preserve the server
functionality. Any accounts cancelled or
removed will not receive any credit for the
balance of time on the year.
