My husband quit smoking over three year ago. Since than he start gaining weight and also he start getting angry over small things, and with time he got this anger as a permanent mood that snaps in at any time. I miss my sweat, funny and very hard to get mad husband that I use to have. He dose not know why he is mad and why he gets so nervous over small things. I want to help him so badly!!!. Therefore I was thinking to take some Hypnosis classes to help him out.
I would like to ask your advise on what classes should I take and if there are some class that could be taken online because I work full time and my girl still needs me to help her with her homework, therefore I cant got to school in the evening.

Learning Hypnosis to help your family would probably be a lot of work and perhaps without the end results that you are looking for. I know many Hypnotherapists that do not work with their own family and/or close friends because they are too close to their situation and it just doesn't work as well as a person who is completely separate from them.
Your time and money may be better spent getting them to see an established Hypnosis Professional. You should see a lot quicker results then waiting until you have learned a new career to try to assist them.
Audio tapes are a good start as they can listen a few times and see if they are susceptible to this form of relaxation therapy. If so then a visit with a qualified Hypnotherapist would most certainly be helpful.
I suggest you take Gil Boyne up on his generous offer and see where that leads you.
