Hi!
I am new user. I have interested in hipnosis for One month.
I've learnt how to inducate trans with ericson's language structure + fragmenting trans, and deapen trans with letting hand down (all stuff i knwo to enter into trans)
What i have noticed is that even if i finish inducating trans, my body
is all the time stiffing what cause that my hand, or leg starts making me pain, it is not please feeling.
So my question is, what is going on ??
I am wondering if i inducated trans or what ... ?

| Can't tell you what the problem is, but I can tell you that trance is pleasurable so what you describe is not a hypnotic trance state, unless you have found something nobody else has. It suggests you are very uptight, something that is not likely in trance. |

Heh, really don;t know, however in that trance I cope with suggestions. it really works! I get rid of unnecessarily organism reaction I had, when i was looking at really beaitifull women (you know what I mean  ) and now even if I realle want to do it again, nothing happen!! It occured after hipnosis with life's line and changing meaning of each unpleasure event in my life (hipnosis + nlp modelling).
I am thinking, maybe i suggested myself that in trans state there is catalepsia, and that's why my body reacts??
Is anyone who could help me ?? :-)

Karander.. if your only 13 like your profile says.. then maybe you should consider waiting till you get older. before you do anymore hypnosis.. yet if your a grown up.. then maybe you would consider, posting up the type of thing, you say to your self.. as the implcation of suggestion, it not something that is not covered in a book..
What are your sources of learning hypnosis i.e. books tapes.
something that can happen when your new to hypnosis and deep relaxation is that because your musels are being re-set to a more blanced place in your body you can get some discomfort.. yet this only last for a very short time.. it's a bit like if you work out.. because your musules have not been used in a while, then you get some discomfort.
Yet if you post the type of thing you say you your self, myself.. someone that has a eye for language implication, might be able to suggest, ways for you to talk to your self in a better way.

This person is from Poland which is why the broken English. I have no idea what he is trying to say. I thought from what is written above that he was attempting to stop having spontaneous erections but he says this is not the case. Sorry , Karander
