I bought a hypnosis audio file. And i've been listening to it, about some months. The first month i had an amazing expiriance. I was feeling relaxed, had LOT of energy, i had no fear what so ever, talking, aproaching people (anxiety = 0). I had more enjoyment imagining the things i want (if i make a picture in my mind what i want, my emotions go crazy). And lot more things that i've noticed doing this hypnosis. (like people aproaching me, oportunities, better sleep, not sure if im in reallity or dreaming etc).

And now im not in that state, i think my mind is SO used to this hypnosis. And dosnt react as same as the first 10 times (when i started to use it). And im not having the full effect. I feel like im having only 10% of the full effect.

Do you know some things, that will change that so i can get the full benefit again? Or maybe i should do something else? Or can i somehow change my aproach to this?

I must say, that the audio file is something incredible. It has 3 layers of communication. Its about 53 min long. The first one is music (the music makes me in trance) second is dual induction (on the left and right the voices author makes) and the story is like a riddle, everytime a person listens to it, it has another messege that he receaves.

The interesting for me is, when im falling down, and i can hear ne noises (the music) like "something bad is happening" and the voice (i think is suggestion) is "beleave in yourself, BEALIVE BEALIVE!".

So as i sad, the first times, it had amazing impact on me, but after that (now) im just used to it. Like eating a same meal again and again. I would like to enter again this state of blissfulness, but dont know how. What should i do?

A hypnosis script placed on audio has a limited shelf life. It has probably helped you to overcome a hurdle by initiating a response in you but the momentum can slow down unless some aspects are refreshed. Give the audio file a break for two weeks and then come back to it. Use another new file in the meantime.

You could benefit by identifying your goals and breaking these down into smaller goals rather than letting the feelings influence your behaviour. Work these into your audio sessions.

From the audio file, could you make your own script and personalise some of the content?

There will be other issues that the script is not dealing with. Consider consulting with a hypnotherapist as another option.
