I try Self-hypnosis since 2002 and I've meny books and CDs and
my problem is how can i know I'm in self-hypnosis

How do you know that your not?

Hypnosis is a personal unspecific state-(because is it a natural state) if after reading and listening and after doing self-hypnosis for such a long time- if your still asking the question- then I am guessing your either lying and or are "stupid" and I am not saying that to be rude or defensive- Hypnosis and learning hypnosis is as simple as counting from 1-10 and if your having to ask after such a long time 6 years then- you really need just to either get on with your life or go to a real hypnotist- for a few sessions or do some training- if you are listing to a CD for 20-30 and your eye open at the end- then you can guess hen you have been in hypnosis-

Have you seen results from your use of the CD's? even small positive results? and how can you noy know after such a long time?

you have meney questions and this is your answers

1-How do you know that your not?
ans-because hypnosis is NOT just stop talking and stop moving

2-your either lying and or are "stupid"
ans-since i can't lie to say "yes i was lying" so yes i am the stupid man .. if there is no another choices !?

3-you really need just to either get on with your life
ans-sorry i'm stubborn as all stupid men ,never ever give-up
and really this is one of my problem

4-go to a real hypnotist- for a few sessions or do some training
ans-yes i want that but.. if i want to take one session that will cost me at lest 3000$ and that so much to me

5-Have you seen results from your use of the CD's?
ans-yes remember that since 2 year i find indicator to this result i have complete TRUST in HYPNOSIS but..

so can you gave stupid men something to help

Hi Ramish

I did not mean to be insulting- with my words- that was not the point of my response-

Hypnosis does not have any specific qualified presets- to know if you are in hypnosis or not- yet at the same time we are always in one state or another- so if we are to classify hypnosis-

As a from of trance- which I am using in a very general way- then we are moving from one type of trance to another all the time- if you read a good book- or watch a film- or sit on a train- then your attention- is pointed o one idea or another- and maybe even a day dream- and it feel natural and relaxing 99-100 times-

If you repeat something like listening to a Hypnosis CD and you have done it at least 3 times- you can almost be sure- that you have go in to hypnosis even if it only at a light level- my own take on this is that all states of consciousness- are in there own way a level of trance- and as words are the way in which we express and process trance/ hypnosis- then you must have been in hypnosis on some level to understand and process the meaning of words- hypnosis is not a specialized artificial creation it's the rule of how language works-

If you are willing to take- 3 x 10 minutes- which adds up to 30 minutes in all- then we can get past some of the misunderstanding around hypnosis-

First ten minutes- Go grab one of your CDs- and listen to it for a few minutes- then with a pen and pad transcribe what you listened to- and once you have done that- do this

Second ten minutes go and Grab on of your hypnosis Books- and open it at a page where they is some type of hypnotic induction /transcript and on a new page copy some of the line that you can read-

Now after you have done the first bits- get what you have written out and notice what your looking at- "words" and the words will be giving you some suggestions- and or directions/ instructions-

So now for the last Ten minutes- and this has two parts-

If you know you had been in a hypnotic state- how would you think it would feel? and as you pay attention to that answer- write your answer down-

For me-

I would have a feeling of calm in my body my mind would be still and I could hear the ticking of the clock on the wall- I would be able to feel the warmth of the room and from time to time be able to catch my own heart beating- then I would take my imagination to a quite place and I would see, hear and feel myself doing the behavior/s I wanted to learn- and I would do the behaviors- first in the here and now as if I was doing them Now- Then I would go back in time in my imagination to places where I could have used them resources/skill in the past and them I would in my imagination take the new skills and behaviors- into the future and practice them in my imagination- them I would being myself back into the here and now- open my eyes and have a good day-

So if you can remember using all the hypnosis practice- you have done so far and you was do- just know that you have been in self hypnosis- on some level and was to practice in you imagination- what you think hypnosis is based on your learn so far- could you take just the five minutes that you would need to do that and learn- much more then you thought you could- yet with out really doing anything more then going in to trance easily just because you practice in your imagination.
