Hello,
I was wondering if through hypnosis I can remember something major that happened when I was a little kid. I was around 2 to 4 years old and I can't remember any part of it. I can't even remember myself at that age. I can only go back around 6 years old and it is still blurry. It seems like it's blocked out. Can't remember anything. I also have burned marks on my hand and can't remember how I got that.
Please let me know. It seems like this is only way of finding out.

Our brains are archival systems, which means, all personal experiences, from our life, are stored, in our mind-body system, and in most instances, yes you could with hypnosis, remember what your looking for, yet at the same time our brain as away of looking out for us, and it hinds, some memories away from us, as a self protection mechanism, and some memories are best left alone, what you have to ask your self, will remembering what your brain is keeping from you, be worth the effort and time, and money, to seek out a memory that may or may not be a real memory, meaning as its been so long, does it really matter? That’s for you to answer to your self,
Jackie, take it from me, the past is over, and looking for missing history, can create more harm than good, curiosity is ok, yet if you pursue looking for your past, then I would recommend, that you seek a very well trained professional guide, and some one who has NLP, and or time line therapy training, as they will have the skill base to heal, anything that might be unpleasant.
So take it easy, and if you, pursue, this then please find some one who know what they are doing.
