My life is surrounded by negitive envirements, hopes, and people. Unfortunantly I feel like "its" got me too. Can hyno help me become an almost ALWAYS positive person? Not only do I want positivity I want to be happy, truly happy with what I have. |

In simple terms yes but what have you left out of the process?
Ok first off, yep hypnosis is very well suited to creating passivity, yet what you have to drop first are the things that aid the negative, so what you need to find is the cause of what’s making parts of your life unhappy, be that people or work, or what ever it may be, now if it’s people other than your family, then you have my permission to drop them, unfortunately we can’t pick our family members, so you’re just going to have to work around that.
Ok has for being happy this is not to hard to do, and it starts by the simple process of looking for the good things in mundane day to day things, life looking are thing’s like grass, and maybe even giving your self permission to take your shoes off and walk barefoot. Thinking about happy times, on purpose from your past, and just getting involved with your own life experience, one of the biggest reasons why people who have issues, is because they have too much time to think, if your busy doing things, then you don’t have time to think about all the fuss, something else that we humans are really good at doing to not taking the responsibility, for our own wellbeing, yet its only our selves that can make the choice to ever be a victim or we can be the director and producers of our life’s.
Do you really need hypnosis? Let’s see, if you were as happy as you wanted to be, what would that feel, look and sound like? Think about that in detail, maybe with a pen and a pan, and why not consider writing your thoughts and ideas down, who and what would have to be in the experience, for it to work just right for you?
The more detail you have, the better the feelings can become, and all your doing is creating better quality thoughts, that support you rather then negate what you are doing which is paying attention to the wrong thought stream.
Yet the biggest factor is allowing yourself, to be happy with yourself, once you have that then nothing else matters, just be who you are and like yourself, I know that might seem a little hard at times, yet if someone as to do it, it might as well be you.
So getting back on track as I have this knack of rambling, what can you do to make your life change in the best ways that support you?
What plan of action would best work for you?
Can you think of a back up plan?
And if, just if by some chance, you can work out the secret, then you just might be ok. Lol
The secret being, it’s up to you how you feel, try it; put a little smile in the corner of your eyes, and now your month, now think about any number of good times in your life, and let it run, now if you did that, in the comfort of your own room, you could, maybe try it in the next room, then maybe the garden, now maybe just a few times every hour where ever you maybe.
You could play a little game and count just how many times, a day you feel so good and every time you catch your self you can, give your self a little smile just to make a note of how you’re feeling at any given time. And if you every catch your self smiling then, you might as well, smile at that as well.
Ok I know that was maybe a little more than you asked for, yet I have been away for a little while and needed to rant. Lol
