After one of my best friends found out that I knew how to hypnotize, he was really excited to try it. He had never been hypnotized.
While he was under I asked him if there was any really good memories or dreams he would want to relive, and he told me about one with a girl and an endless field.
But when I got him out of it, he at first thought it was a dream and didn't remember that I hypnotized him, and then when I told him, and he remembered, then he said felt violated.
Him being a really good friend of mine, I sat down and talked to him about it later...he told me that it felt really good, and he felt really relaxed, like he had just had a massage or something, and a little dizzy like had been floating.
He also told me that he liked it and would do it again, but that it was very wierd. I think the biggest problem was about the dream itself. The girl in the dream was his girlfriend, and he also told me that the dream was very personal to him.
Plus he seems to think that hypnotism is about controlling people and making them think that they are chickens or whatever, and he might be a little worried that I'll mess with his head or something.
The good thing is that he isn't skeptical at all about hypnotism and was excited to try it out.
Does anyone else have any experience with something like this? |
