I am a Doctoral candidate in Clinical Hypnotherpy but have never been taught past life regression. I believe there is a definite market for that in my area and was wondering if anyone could recommend the "best" book on the subject. I'm looking for one that includes scripts, theory and the "how tos."

Hi, There are a couple of very good books out by Dr. Irene Hickman. They are "Mind Probe Hypnosis" and I would suggest you check out "Remote Depossessions" also. I had a hard time putting Remote Depossession down until I finished it. Mind Probe is where you will find what you are looking for. You can get these books From Dr Irene, or you may get them from Amazon.com. They are not expensive and they are value packed! Good Reading too.

I find it curious that such a course would not touch on this important aspect of hypnotherapy.

| Actually, PLR is no different from regular regression, so I am not surprised that it was not dealt with separately. It is after all, just one more aproach to finding a cause that is acceptable to the client, thus offering closure. I would hazzard a guess that this new one "Remote Deposession" is exactly that also. Find an outside source to blame, and you have no need to accept any responsibility yourself (G) Anthony..... |

| I would suggest a good PLR training class, these usually involve some sort of hands on work as part of the class. |

Bruce Goldberg's New Age Hypnosis is a bit self-agrandizing and gets pretty 'out-there' with his section on 'future life progressions,' but it offers some decent scripts and is very easy to understand.

I have the book ""Voices from Other Lives" which I consider to be the best of it's kind. It is in excellent condition and you can buy it for $20. (out of print)---Gil Boyne
