| its posible have a lucid dream using hipnosys or nlp for inducing? i try but is hard on the state or dreams have or try to have control over any stuff. |

Hi frank.
Ok I will keep this as easy as can be..
Step one over a week or so make an effort to make a dream journal, get you self a pad and pen by you bed, so when you wake up , you can write down what you have been dreaming about, we have about 4-7 dream a night and what your tried to do is remember as many of them as you can.
Step two you need to create a little routine, a bit like this, yet you can make one that suits you. Sit up, in bed and look at your hands, Now say to your self, when I am dreaming my hands will glow, repeat this, several times, then take a sip of water, and go to sleep. Do this for a week or so. Or till you dream about your hands glowing,
Step three, add a little light reading to you bed time routine now read a little, take a little time and visualize, in detail what you have read, now tell your self when I see my hands glowing in my dream, I can control my hands. One you get a sense that your able to control your hands, then you can tell your self to do thing’s in your dream, like walk, run, etc. once you can do that then, the rest of what you want to do, is up to you, then your be able to create your own living dream. |

I have had a number of clients in the past who have asked me to help them with lucid dreaming, and I have found that hypnosis is very successful in aiding in Lucid dreaming.
Matrixman's formula for success is almost the exact process i would inform my clients to use. I would use hpnosis to help remove any blocks to lucid dreaming, and to create triggers to helpt he client before bedtime.
