| hello to all. i've just started doing hypnosis last night, at a party. i had 3 successfull voulenteers out of about 20, becuase of time.(i didn't have time to relax everyone. some took longer than others.) here's what happened. after a lengthy induction process(aprox. 30 min, which is WAY too long, in my opinion) i got the voulenteers to: forget their name, forget who other people are, hear our voices but not see us moving our mouths so they think that they had voices in their heads, visiual hallucinations such as: showing a random card and having them swear its the ace of spades, showing them a coin and they swear they see nothing, having their hand change size when i said a certain color, making them see that they had blue skin, etc. i made them think they had an afro, though all of them had straight, long hair, then no hair at all, having them not feel anything on their left arm, one of them thought she had bugs all over her, making them forget what fingers are, so when i held some up in front of them and asked how many i was holding up, they all responded with somthing like "what are fingers?", etc, etc, etc. does any one have any tips or ideas for a more rapid indutcion? |
