| Why would any of us tell you your condition is psychiatic? We aren't psyciatrists or psycologists, nor are we doctors, so we don't mess about with diseases diagnose by a doctor, and being treated by a doctor.... |

Hello ok there is no right script to use for thing’s like this as we are all different in the way we code, things in our memory, being a bit of a wiz with hypnosis my self, I lend this pattern to you. You might like to play around with some of the suggestions that are with in this, to best suit your way of thinking, yet it a base for you to start.
Now I know that is can be hard, some times, to think that things can be easy, or even simple, yet in the 12 year that I have been playing, yes playing with this stuff, it’s always been the simple things that have worked, so I can imagine that you can imagine, many times when you have felt really, really good, and before any off this stuff ever came about, now I know your going to say yes, and the reason being is because it happen already, did it not? Yes, you see you already have the patterns for good health in you mind-body system, so I am going to ask you to think about the time when you have been able to relax, and feel comfortable, and at easy with life and your self, now thinking about time like this mean at some level in you mind-body you are running the same healthy codes that you did when you was well and at your best, so as you step into those good memories, and you can, I would want you to consider seeing your self in the time to come, being your best healthy self, see your self strong and step into that, now as you have do this before you can do it again and again, with easy, yet want I want you to do now is take all that good new better you… back in time, and place that new better you back there, before any of this happened and allow that new, new you to be your better best self blue print from before that time into your time to come, seeing your self getting better and stronger each day, from that time before any of this or that never not happened anymore, undoing and re-doing new learning in this way allows you to recode, that way things used to be not before that, was the fact, yet learning in new ways now, that you did not yet, in to the time to come, this not know how, good you can and are becoming with ease and, a lot better than you thought you could, didn’t you.
Ok that just something for you to play with. It does and is meant to be confusing. In parts.
You become your better self before you knew you can.

Now ethics demands that we don't play doctor, and the law spells it out if we do. You displayed ignorance as well as a misunderstanding of the meaning of my post, I on the other hand made no mistake about yours... |

Hello Michelle, You have every right to ask about a script !
Anthony has every right to give his opinion based on his lengthy experience as a hypnotherapist. I can understand your feeling helpless
and perhaps even desperate. Don't let these feelings make you overly sensitive to how others respond to you.
There are several reasons why autosuggestion (with or without
hypnosis) is unlikely to be of meaningful benefit to you.
Here are two major ones; First---Autosuggestion can be helpful in
diminishing feelings of inferiority and lack of self-worth and other similar subconscious attitudes. However, your symptoms are far too complex and of long duration for you to expect simple autosuggestion
to create any "cure" of your condition! Second---Almost everyone has a conditioned subconscious disbelief about their own ability to activate their own inner creative healing powers.
The sound of their own voice creates a subconscious negative resonance which prevents acceptance of positive concepts
. However, they can give great authority to the hypnotherapist (the expert)
and accept concepts which are different from their previous experience. This is why tens of thousands (world-wide) are seeing hypnotherapists every day. If everyone could deal with their complex problems on their own, there would not be a need for hypnotherapists. I am not indicating that a hypnotherapist can allieviate or "cure" your illness, I am just making a point. I regret that I cannot give you some hope and please accept this in the spirit it is given.

Good advice Gil.
There seems to be more and more in the News recently about Hypnosis and Lyme Disease. A Google search results in quite a few things that look interesting: Click here.
I would suggest you read up a bit more and then look for a Hypnosis Professional in your area of the world to help you get onto the right path for pain management and then investigate other areas for which it may provide some individualized help. Discuss this pain management approach with your Doctors. A good Hypnosis Professional will be able to create an audio program of parts of your session - that will offer you something to listen to, rather than trying to read to yourself from a script.

I'd just like to offer a distinction here. What someone says what they believe to be the intention of their own communication, isn't necessarily the same as what their communication "means".
I'm basically referring to the following idea which I refer to from time to time to take responsibility for my own communication much more often than I do.
"The meaning of your communication is equal to the response you get." (as opposed to intention)
