I am having problems concentrating while relaxing. I usually start to feel relaxed but can never really visualize anything. After the induction I may pay attention to the voice for a bit but then my mind wanders and I start to day dream.
For example if there is mention of a staircase I usually visualize myself walking down the staircase before I am even asked to take the first step. I will sometimes snap back into concentration and say oh hey i am still supposed to be at the top of the stairs but I quickly get ahead of myself again. Eventually my mind starts to wander and I stop paying attention to the audio file.
Does anyone have any tips to help me with my concentration or am I getting too relaxed? |

Best bet - don't worry about any of that stuff. Just relax and listen. Most often you are supposed to listen to the audio programs about 20 times for them to be effective. After the first few listens you will know what is coming next.
Don't over analyze, don't worry about what is happening or what to expect. Just relax... |

Definitely good to hear. I will keep practicing and try to stop over analyzing things (kinda a bad habit of mine)
