| I was hypnotized today, and in spite of spending a half hour going over what I wanted to accomplish before hand, the suggestions she made weren't what I expected, and not anything I would ever want to follow. I'm a little freaked out now....if I just ignore the suggestions, does the whole thing just cancelled in my subconscious? Will I be able to just ignore the suggestions? |

Hi Jo Lee,
If your hypnotherapist made suggestion you don't want to follow or accept then simply don't. They may play on your mind and you might be a little anxious that you will follow the suggestions, or they will have an impact, however, you are always free to choose to do whatever you want to do and reject suggestions you don't want or need.
However, if there were some suggestions you do wish to accept or were suitable from the suggestions made, then you might as well focus more on them to cement them in.

| If the suggestions are inappropriate for you, your critical factor will not allow the suggestions to manifest. You have already rejected them in your conscious mind also. |
