Hello forum, new here and I will soon be visiting a hypnotherapist to quit smoking. I'll let you know how it goes.
However, the reason why I'm posting here is because my emotions are my weak point. I tend to get stress, irritated a lot, I find my self worring to much, and generating unnecessary stress which affect me and my family. I was wondering if hypnosis is a good alternative to change whatever is programmed in my Subconscious which are triggering these feelings and emotions.....

Hypnosis excels in working with emotional reactions.
A good hypnotist will know the stress/emotions have to be dealt with in order to have long-term results with the smoking cessation.
When people have emotional stress, the relative strength of a craving tends to increase.
When they are not dealt with, then people are more likely to replace with food or just start smoking again. |

Yes
If the therapist you go to does not highlight this and suggest dealing with the emotionas - chances are you will be wasting your money so choose carefully. |
