hi all i am really really new to hypnosis. i ma just wondering if you could give me some pointer on what to do to learn hypnosis.
please could you give me detils on books to read, dvd to watch or course pleae help |

| i am really intrestd in stage hypnosis but i would like to juse normal hypnosis to use to my advantage to help my parents and other family member with there issues thanks matt wilkinson |

Those are geared more toward analytical hypnosis, which I prefer. The Dave Elman book "Hypnotherapy" is a good place to start in my opinion. The "Elman Induction" is quick and easy to learn. Also very effective.
If you're just looking into casual use, you'll probably be more interested in suggestion hypnosis... using scripts and such. There is some information on that within this website. |

Do a google search for James Tripp "Hypnosis without trance", Jonathan Chase, Phil Holt, Anthony Jacquin, and (Uncommon Knowledge) which is a website, all have something to offer, in products and or live training.
