Does anyone suffer from panic attacks regarding your health? I'm mostly scared of having a siezer, heart attack, stroke, or simply fear that an organ will just stop working!
Randomly and mostly at night, i will start thinking "what-ifs" that i cant get out of my mind, and then feel sensations that i cant tell if their real or my imagination. Its terrifying and exhausting, im so sick of thinking my body is just going to fail on me. I'm a healthy 21yo wtf is going on!!!??

Your fear is pretty distinct to you, but you need to understand your behavior pattern - Trigger then Reaction - is parallel to someone with a fear of flying or of spiders. It does not have to make logical sense for your subconscious to practice it.
I just wanted to give you that perspective. I know it does not make your fear any less real or frightening. At the same time, it does mean there is help available.
Of course I'm partial to the hypnosis route as it provides my clients consistent and reliable results. But I would suggest finding whatever option sounds reasonable to you and trying it. Soon.

Solo,
At 21 years and being healthy, I would consider a bit of regression therapy to determine what your trigger is and where it originated. From there it is a very straight forward process to eliminate this fear.
Find a local hypnotist and work with them and in a short time this will be a thing of the past.

| This is all true, what the two previous post mention, and i don't believe you should go on worring or haing panic attacks. But it's also important to do regular checks and make sure that you are in fact a healthy 21 year old. Phobias are one thing.. and then your higher self trying to tell you something might be another. Make sure you clear out what it actually is. Get the hypno.. but also get checked! |
