Hi,
I know I'm not popular on this site,(I think using hypnosis in a good way is great, but some people are using it in a bad way, which spoils it for others,I had a bad experience with some person using drugs and hypnosis to get a relationship going, which is not natural, for me it went wrong and made me very ill. All I want to do is make people aware this goes on, imagine you were conned into marrying someone for your money, or if your an employer, giving someone promotion, because you were hypnotised.
I will write more about my experience later, that is if I don't get blocked. All I can work out is, I was put on a high by the drugs, then put down by the person giving suggestions,(treat them mean to keep them mean), the drugs made me paranoid, and suggestions came across as I was being set up, I thought phone calls were tapped, this person would say odd things on the phone with a down voice, but ultimately it was to get my attention. I didn't know at the time it was a technique to get my attention. please take this story seriously as it did happen, all I want to do is help others if there experiencing similar. Richard |

Sorry that you had such a bad time with what happened- I don't know if you will be banned or blocked- yet I hope not- as sometimes people do abuse and having an awareness of such thing's is good- yet you need to present your story - with facts- and you need to make sure that what you say- relating to the abuser was in fact Hypnosis and not other psychological tactics..
Just remember this is a public forum and if you use names you can be held accountable for slander and character assassination- and in which case the the site has every right to protect it's self from any possible legal possibility.

Thank you for your reply, I agree it was psychological with help of hypnosis, I don't have time to say too much today, what made think hypnosis was used(after approx 1hr of me having a drink) this person would act very strange, in a very negative way, then she would pause and really appear to be concentrate looking in my direction, at that time I knew nothing about hypnosis or even that any thing was in my drink, I just felt rather strange while all this was going on. One thing what puzzle's me is why I didn't say any thing to the person about what she was doing, I just felt in a trance, all this continued for 6 months until I could not cope any more and suffered psychosis.I just started a website, I will copy and paste the contents which should appear below. I know this story sounds far fetched, if I didn't experience it, I would never of believed it was possible, and it's so hard to prove. (making it very easy for these bad people to get away with it).
Most people respect and wish to impress a person that is ASSERTIVE, stop there! its wrong, further more, some new techniques used these days is to put a drug in your drink, followed by acting negative towards you, (is it), drugs make you HIGH then the person brings you down with a negative suggestion, not quite sure, but it seemed to have this pattern (hypnosis is used to enhance the effect), and you then do any thing to gain points with this devious person.
Right - is it they want to marry you for the money
OR - do they want promotion
I had a bad experience with this, but it went wrong, its such a big story, I will update this site with more details later, all I can say it made me really ill, at the time I went to the doctor, he did an eye test and was convinced I was on DRUGS, this could be possible as I left my drink unattended every week, I also recall feeling rather strange after drinking it, but I thought at the time it was stress, as it was a demanding job.
The purpose of this site is to make people aware it happens, and I want to help any one out there experiencing similar. (it so easy for the crooks to get away with this, as you don't know it's happening to you, if it didn't go wrong on me, I would not know any different)
Its not the individuals at fault, but the groups selling these evil techniques, and have not given any thought that it may not work on some people, like myself, (after having the drink, this person would act very strange, I used to think to myself she's not quite the ticket and thought I was being set up and about to be accused of harassment, but it had similarities with treat them mean to keep them keen, I took all suggestions wrong, but now I know different, it's possible this person wanted a relationship. (If you work for a large company and your either famous or highly paid, then your at risk) One thing I just remembered, phone calls were very strange, odd things were said as to trigger suggestions. There will be more information added to this sight soon
Have you married some one, gave promotion? and now thinking why? you may have been conned by someone using this evil technique, I will do my best to make this information known to all, and hope it may save someone from having this terible experience.

I still don't understand what made you decide to give this episode the name of "Hypnosis?"
"I don't have time to say much today..." but I understand the drug in drink, the seduction by a female, the psychological issues you had but why give it a name of Hypnosis and come into a Hypnosis forum to try to sell it? Build your web site and alert people to what you feel is a problem but you shouldn't use this forum to promote your web site or post links to it. The forum is moderated so most likely the links will be removed.
This is not about your being popular or not. Your rant is unsubstantiated and you may as well blame the brand of alcohol that was in the drink as blame hypnosis.

I have no problem about the use of hypnosis, in fact it helps a lot of people dealing with depression and stress. In my case hypnosis (with the help of drugs) was used against my will and there are people learning and using this in a bad way. I also stress, that I'm not saying any of your members would such a thing, I'm trying help any one experiencing this, I chose your site, because when I was going through this trauma I was looking for answers to what was going on, and through goggle I found this site, so I think any one else looking for help would come on your site. I am not promoting any thing, I just want to Help
The links you deleted were NOT my websites, they were news stories I got using goggle -- it had the head lines as below, all I typed into goggle was hypnotising supermarket staff, as I saw it on the news and thought it would confirm misuse of hypnosis
Police in Italy have issued footage of a man who is suspected of hypnotising supermarket checkout staff to hand over money from their cash registers.
Finally what threw me over the top is another eye to eye contact with this person, I then felt a real strange sensation, and that evening I ended up having night mares.
I'm really sorry it's not a happy story, but it may help someone

Hi,
I know my topic contains drugs but hypnosis was the main issue as it had the most effect on me, this actually started with hypnosis first, drugs came later, ok I'll give a preview of what is a big story, after the bad experience I went to a hypnotherapist who was quite concerned that I was giving of a powerful aura, suggested I was in deep trance and not shut down properly, I remember at the time colours were scrolling in my mind. I won't say any more for now because it really goes deep, and I don't want you to think I've lost the plot.
Several years ago I had a bad spell of glandular fever with jaundice, not sure it's true but it supposed to strengthen your hypnosis strength, I don't know it would be nice one day to learn about hypnosis.
If you let me, I will tell more, very interesting story. I also must say I am feeling back to normal now, and know it really happened

I had a client with a similar sort of story. She would be at work and doing fine, then she would drink her pop from a refillable container. (she used this same container at home with no ill result) Afterwards she was lose track of time and sometimes have vague memories of 2 other employees talking with her in not-so-happy ways. After lots of talking and research, we believe they were using a hypnosis inducing medication, sometimes used for in-patient drug addiction work..... anyway, the point is, if the person used something against you in a cruel and possibly illegal way. I'm sorry to hear that.
I'm interested in hearing more about your story, but I'm also curious about why you brought it here? Are you looking to vent? Looking for support? Help? Understanding?
The reason I ask, is that some stories about how hypnosis was used to do things.. like that dude "using hypnosis" to steal from supermarkets in Europe... are not often valid and do often make hypnosis look.. silly. People here will be sensitive to that stuff. Me included :)

I'm really pleased that you are giving me some support, as I said in my previous report, hypnosis was used on me against my will, once again please don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with hypnosis that is used in an entertainment basis, I am really scared forwarding my story on a public site, as it contains some really unusual facts, if it's ok with you , I will revile all eventually. (one thing I can mention, is, I had a lot of support from my local vicar, he at the time helped me through a lot of stress and it seemed to work, I have learned through this experience some unusual facts that are unknown to man kind .I believe I have a duty to warn people of some of future distresses.please be patient, as the news of what to come is very strange, (I will revile it soon, if I didn't experience it I would never of believed it. |

Hi,
The next story is very spooky, First of all,. I am a catholic, (this point you may think I'm mad). Apart from my priest helping me through this trauma, I had warning signs not to go to my work place where all this happened, but I ignored them.
During my Illness, I lost all confidence and was paranoid that I was causing unhappiness to people, and was on watch by the police.I must say since this experience I believe in God more than ever.(please believe me I'm not going mad). More Later. Richard |

Phase Three,
I used to get phone calls from this bad person, her tone was very Down and odd words were said, which did not make sense, It made me feel down.
This next step is even worse, My daughter would act very strange towards me, as if she was the person in question, I can't say the bad persons name for legal reasons.This stressed me

I don't mean to be funny here, but your problem is not hypnosis, it's psychosis. Could be a chemical imbalance which needs medication. If I were you, I would seek the help of a psychiatrist. There also seems to be a hint of paranoia, as well. Like I said before, Richard, I'm not trying to be funny but I am advising professional help other than hypnosis. Wish you well. |

With all due respect and support, The story you are attempting to tell is not making a lot of sense to me. And your method of re-telling has me concerned. It makes me wonder if it's either a joke, or a serious issue with which you should look for local help now. This is not my site, I just visit and pop in with my 2 cents. But, I don't know if this is a place where you will be able to resolve anything?
If you are looking to warn people away from hypnosis, the post will probably be removed. Some people use hypnosis in unethical ways. Some people use cars in unethical ways. Nobody here that I know of uses hypnosis (or cars) in inappropriate ways. And if they did (hypnosis, not cars) I don't think the site owner would allow them access.
Don't know if that is any help. I wish you luck.
