Hi,
Could anyone help me in learning self hypnosis techniques. I can relax pretty easy but find it hard to let my mind relax. If I talk to myself in my mind, I find it hard to relax my mind but if I think in pictures then I often find myself drifting off to sleep. I don't want to use a cassette with head phones as I want to learn it so I can do it at work when I am on my break and I don't want anyone to know what I am doing. I also don't know any hypnotherapist that can help me. Also what is the best way to deepen the trance and how do I then go about giving myself suggetions. One of my goals is to help me add more muscle and to help myself to motivate myself in weight training.
I am greatful for any help.

I would love to help you. Self-hypnosis is very easy to learn if you have the right information. I teach a couple self-hypnosis classes that include begining and advanced techniques. They are extremely affordable and have more complete information than any book I have found on the market. Please e-mail me and I would be happy to share some more information. |

Hello,
You may want to try this audio program "Relax, Listen and Learn Self-Hypnosis with Hypnosis."

Once you have used the audio program for several days you will then be able to do self-hypnosis without the headsets. It is certainly inexpensive enough to give it a try.
You can also visit with any Hypnotherapist for a one-on-one session and they can help you learn self-hypnosis as well.
The time you will save doing either of the above will be well worth any money spent - as opposed to learning a whole new career just to do some self-hypnosis work.
