hello
I am very new to hypnosis. After reading much, watching instructional videos and rehersing scripts I finally attempted my first induction. It was a great success.
Since then I have tried 2 more. The one thing I notice is that my subjects are very sleepy when I try to wake them. No matter what I say they do not wake up energetic.
I have seen many stage performers make thier subject do all kinds of high energy tasks such as dancing. I cannot imagine doing that because my subjects are in too a relaxed state.
Any suggestions as to what to do to keep them energized WHILE they are in this altered state?

Hi
Ok just imagine you are the hypnotic subject, what would the hypnotist have to say and do to get you to respond, in the way and manner you wish?
From your own perspective, jot down the ideas that come to mind, one of the best ways to work something out in hypnosis is to apply the problem to yourself.
Ask you’re self
What would happen if I did suggest this?
What would happen if I didn’t suggest this?
What wouldn’t happen if I did suggest this?
What wouldn’t happen if you didn’t suggest this?
If you use these thought stream questions you will be able to think your self out of most any problem, in hypnosis and life.
This reply is based on getting you to think for yourself, as you already have the answers to the questions, it’s just a matter of you working that that.
