Hello, I have just wanted to ask you one thing. At the moment I am attending a terapy meetings with psychologist. I am an excitable personality and that is the reason why My therapist mentioned Schultz Auteogenic theraphy.
Before the next session on which He will give me instructions how to do it, I found several information on internet about it, including audio relaxation recording.
(It starts: Concentrate on your right hand, forearm, arm, etc which now become heavy and more heavy. It is repeated with left hand, right and left leg, then the voice gives instruction to feel more comfortable and to feel pleasure warm in left and right hand, leg, then to feel cool forehead, etc)
Anyway what I noticed during this, that however I felt becoming more relaxed I had to take a deap breathe several times, because i felt oxygen deficiency, it wasn't pleasure feeling and i stopped doing this, because the feeling of relaxation got on my nerves ...
It wouldn't be so astonishiing if I didn't feel bad the all following day... I felt quite realaxed with this strange, bad feeling of taking deap breathe from time to time (Quite often). I don't know if that is the reason that I felt more relaxed and my body needed more oxygen or something ...
Please tell me, if anyone is a hypnosis expert, why did it happen with me? Can i use relaxation methods (Schultz, hypnosis etc to work with my emotions, nerves..) I am really worried about this thing which happened and the necessity of taking very deap breathe from time to time ...

Really thanks for the answer. I think I am very susceptible to suggestions and that is the reason of my problem...
Currently I am breathing not so easy, but In PL is night now, so I will just go sleep...
