Hi everyone, I am new to the forum.
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, and I am now starting up a practice so my question is, what is the going rate I should charge for my Hypnosis Session? |

Hello,
When I first opened my office, I competed with price. In hindsight I'm not sure I wouldn't do it that way again. I was new, inexperienced, unsure of my skills and I undervalued my service. At the same time.. The low price did get me more clients than I would have seen otherwise.. This was good in my opinion because I received a wide range of experience very quickly. This was invaluable. It built my confidence, skills and reputation.
The low cost wasn't good from a short-term business perspective, but, it assisted the long-term. It created a good base for client referrals, which I promote with follow-up "success rate" contact.
3 1/2 years later I'm in the higher cost range for my area and I'm seeing twice the number of clients I was at this time last year. I plan to increase the price again this year.
This isn't just my opinion, it's what has worked for me.
