hiya
I am studying hypnosis and would like to know any tips for the following...I have to come up with suggestions for weight loss also smoking...they have to be positive no negatives and have to have a beginning a middle and an end...
any of you be able to help me

Well as you’re learning, and you have posted a request for help lets see what we can do, so I am assuming you have an outline, and if so you can ever post here on the forum, and I will go over it, or if your not so brave, then you can send it to me, via my profile, and I will look at it, and make some suggestions.
Who you training with?
How would you class your training, classical direct or Ericksonian indirect?
I am only asking these questions as I am wondering, if you’re only learning from a book, or a home study course, as then I cam make my reply’s more appropriate.

Sinkman Fraud, guess your doing more of a psychology course, with maybe some aspects of hypnosis, as Sigmund Freud’s contribution, to hypnosis is not that grate, he make some good contributions, with the classifications of conscious, yet his psychoanalysis models are IMO out dated, and serve on place in hypnosis, yet that’s my gripe, and I mean on offence, ok so what have you been working on?
