Hey everyone,
I was considering learning how to do self hypnosis to try and feel more motivated with my daily life. However, I have found some Self-Hypnosis audio cd's that claim to help you with feeling more motivated. I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to learn how to do it myself, or if I should just go ahead and buy the audio cds instead...
Please let me know what the benefits are from learning to do it myself. Thanks!

Audio programs work well for some people and for others they need a one-on-one session to get down to business. If audio program work well for you - try our program that uses hypnosis to teach you self-hypnosis. We have had some good feedback.

Almost all Hypnotherapists give directions on how to do self hypnosis in their one-on-one sessions. Normally this type of approach, while more expensive, does work better as it is custom tailored to you personally by the Hypnotist.

| When I read a post, I attempt to get into the mind of the poster, and from reading yours, I feel you have very little motivation to act to make your dreams come true. If this is so, seeking out a good practitioner to get the job done makes sense, since this will motivate you better than trying alone. If cost is a factor, my advice would be to purchase the CD and take your chance that it will work for you, since it is better than no action at all.... |

This person wasn't even motivated enough to come back in and read the answers to the question they posted. First time they logged in was Aug. 24th and the last time they logged in was Aug. 24th.
I suggest "Virtual Hypnosis" for this person. That way it can be working in the background when they are not around. |
