| hey everyone, well i need to talk to someone who knows more about hpynosis that what i have researched. i am wanting to know if hypnosis can help me with a break up of mine, im am hurting so bad, sometimes i just dont know what to do. this girl was my life, i was going to ask her to marry me. i cant explain to you how much this girl meant to me, sadly we arent together. and i have tried everything, every "coping mechanism" they call them, nothing works. i just thought about this and i was wondering if it would work in any way. is it possible to totally remove all memories of her? that is really what im looking for, it is to that point now. im a different person because of this break up, and i really need anyones input on this matter. thanks. |

Hi Bane sorry to hear about your relationship, not working out, hypnosis could help in many ways, yet the answers your looking for with hypnosis, can hypnosis help you remove memories of her, the answer is no, yet at the same time, hypnosis can allow you to detach from the negative emotions that you have and replace them, with better emotional resources. You might consider look at seeing a trained Hypnotherapist, to see what they can do, yet you also might take a look at this or this.

You do not forget feelings (rejection or guilt or shame)
and self-hypnosis is not effective in these cases.
An experienced and skilled hypnotherapist will
work with you to help you to integrate these
feelings. This involves a number of steps including
understanding the situations and people connected
to the feelings and forgiveness of yourself and others.
I have used these processes many times and always with
successful results. The cost of three or four sessions
with an empathetic therapist is minimal compared to the help

| It has been quite awhile since your posting and i am curious if you have found what you were looking for or if someone is helping you? If I may inquire, why would you not be with someone if you were thinking of asking her to marry you? Are you happy now? |
