Hello hope your all doing well in whatever you are doing.
Now i know this is a vague question and not lightly to get to much of a responce, yet I'll give it ago anyways.
Where do you see the future of psycho-technology's aka hypnosis, NLP going in the next 10-35 years?
"It is wise to ask then not to.. and even when answerd, what else is there to learn about the same question???.

Unless practitioners make a wise choice, it will go nowhere except down I believe....All to often, without any controls on us, we tend to ignore the value of what we have learned, and just go for the money, instead of the good of the client....
If each of us were to act ethically, and ensure the client felt well cared for, hypnosis would indeed become the therapy of choice, since it has all that is needed to be considered the best. It has speed, effectiveness, and comfort for the client. Imagine if every one of us decided to join an organization before jumping into practise, and made sure through that organization, that we knew exactly what we were doing and why? Imagine if, as happened when I was in practise, clients went around singing the praises of hypnosis, and what it had done for them? Imagine what would happen if, like my clients of old, they sent others to you because of that satisfaction, and you never felt the need to advertise, because word of mouth was all you needed? It can happen, and it did for me, but I have been retired for fifteen years, and from what I hear, hypnosis has declined in that time. Why? I think because others have not felt the desire to be ethical, and caring of the client, and have given our art a bad name, and I look to the day what each country, each State, and each Province has a group of practitioners who will lobby to ensure that all who practise have the skills and ethics required of us to be the best we can be, and the power to ensure that every client has that best available to them.
Am I dreaming? Possibly, but since it happened to me, I see no reason why it can't happen all over, and to each of you. I was fortunate, in that I joined HSA as soon as I completed my first training, and with a group of dedicated practitioners, I learned the proper way, and followed the right path. If each of you did that, you too would have the success I achieved, because you are all capable of being as good, so failure is due to the externals that can kill any business if the majority don't act...
