Hi, I've got the same problem with regards to breast tissue development, the reason for this is because of an unusually high testosterone level at a young age, it's more common that one would think...
I'm currently experimenting with hypnosis on myself to see if I can make changes, however, what has worked for me is maintaining a low body fat, since that growth is in fact fat cells..
Are you slightly over weight?
In any case, the lower the body fat, the smaller the growth.
Also, be weary of any hair loss medication or hormones in medication or treatment as this will simply increase the problem.
As for your 2nd prob, hypnosis can certainly reduce to eliminate the symptoms, however you should go see a qualified professional to identify things you might not be noticing yourself..
