I have bad experince with being hypnotized. I wonder if someone can
help me to protect my self from being hypnotized while sleeping.

| The obvious answer is to sleep alone. But, I wonder how it might have been that you were hypnotised while being asleep? |

| I too have been hypnotized while I sleep and I already sleep alone. As I am not a member of the psychology community I am unsure of the tactics used but have seen video of myself acting in manners I have no recollection of. I'm familiar with covert NLP and hypnosis associated to trauma in which I do have a very traumatic past and am wondering how I can prevent this from being used against me. |

It is certainly possible to be hypnotised and not remember, although most people do remember.
Are you able to give more details regarding the circumstances?
I also have done things in my sleep I don't remember, but that doesn't mean that I was hypnotised. |
