I recently started a hypnosis program to help with a few things for work and personal life.
Having never been hypnotized before I did not know what to expect. I searched out this forum to get a unbiased explanation of what I saw while being hypnotized.
During the session, and while going deeper into hypnosis I did not see any objects, figures, people, etc. I did see colors, and wave patterns. The further down I got the smoother and lighter in color the waves and visuals got.
When asked "what do you see?" I had to imagine a situation, though it would revert to the waves and colors quickly. The only object I saw which I though was odd and initiated my curiosity was an eye.
I saw the eye early on and throughout the session. There wasn't anything that stood out, other than the fact that while all I was seeing was waves and light there was a vivid eye. I saw it on the left side of my vision, though it would have been someone's right eye if I were looking at them.
Other than that the session went well. I left with a cooling feeling of confidence and calmness. Looking forward to future sessions. |

| When asked "What do you see?" - it is best to just tell the Hypnotist what you are seeing rather than imagine something to tell them. Tell them about the colors and waves - tell them what you see. The Hypnotist is a guide along the Hypnosis path if you do not tell them then they will not be able to do their job. The next time you may see something completely different. |
