Hello again, I thought I would share the few past life regression sessions I had about a year ago. I was hesitant about sharing these in the beginning in fear of being ridiculed mostly but someone recently encouraged me to do this as it might be therapudic. Anyways all of what is written happened in one single session without any breaks. I believe I vividly saw and felt possibly four different past lifetimes, though I'm not entirely sure. All I know is that I know what I saw and I felt like the main character in different types of films. It was immediately jotted down after I awoke from the hypnosis. I also suffered a horrible headache in the front part of my head which lasted for two days.
First :
- China, Battlefeild, dressed in (traditional ?) armour, felt like a lot of silver, heavy, wore a helmet that covered most of face. There are two armies there facing each other. It's dawn and the sun shined bright on the left hand side of the sky. Standing next to numerous men, dressed the same way, was male, had a (traditional?) mustache, anxious about who would strike me first, felt perspiration on my face, felt nervous.
As a side note: I felt compelled to browse traditional chinese armour after my regression and out of about 50 I saw on a website , I was able to pick out one that looked exactly like the own I saw in the session.
Second:
- I'm filled with absolute fear and emotion. Feeling terrified of something that's near. I was isolated in the dark, felt I was in the bottom of a well, lots of concrete. I'm crouching and wet.
Third: (this felt longer)
- Hungary, felt like the late 1700s, either later morning or afternoon, standing in a castle tower, might have been a attic or bell tower. Wooden dark and dusty floors, there is hay sprinkled everywhere. I'm female, very young, caucasian, barefoot, felt dirty, wore a worn out filthy cotton dress, hair was unkept, big eyes, looking out of the tower. It overlooked a small stable filled with some brown horses, a brown wooden fence enclosed them, infront of the stable was green grass that stretched out far. I felt like my parents worked for the owners.
Fourth:
- I'm being pushed to the edge of a waterfall, fell out, felt the mist and the water spray onto my body. I went into the ocean, saw sea creatures swimming around , first a crocodile , colorful fish and a turtle. The water was clear blue, felt rock and moss underneath , fell to the bottom of the oven but didn't die. I didn't swim back up to the surface either. It felt like the amazon. The tribe leader had paint converting his body, he's wearing a headdress, fierce eyes and a small covering of his private parts. I felt I had black hair, shoulder length , a male and a teenager. The body and face paint : whites, vibrant colors, arranged in different lines . I felt fear as he looked angry at me. I pulled out the regression after this, I felt what I would see next would scare me too much.
