hey, I learned hypnosis from many hypnosis course on the net ( Gerald Kein, david phyllips brian .....).
But I have some difficulties in hypnotising my self because i am a very very analitical and crital person. I record my own hypnosis tape,i use reverse arm levitation induction, so far i get some result, when i use the tape i feel very relax ,i either experience rapid eye mouvement or my eye lock on the top of my head and i get so hot, i use count down deepning technique. but i fail in depht testing (arm lock test, forgoten numbers ,hullicination test ...) and when i get up from hypnosis i feel very sleepy ,headache and can't concentrate on anything for some time.I relly need to master hypnosis because i have many thinks to change and enjoi. Please explain what is hapining to me and what to do.

For the headache/sleepy thing, try increasing the length of your emerging.
For the testing... I think it's pretty tough to do thorough testing on your own self. From what you are describing, I'd say, you are getting good depth. Skip the testing and avoid it's distraction.

| The time to make any change, or if you can make change, from self-hypno is going to depend on the relative "strength" of the suggestions you have formed in contrast to the relative "strength" of the behavior(s) you are targeting.... |
