How long does your hypnosis session have to be for a past life regression? I've seen a couple of videos on youtube of people getting regressed and they were very short. A lot shorter than I thought they would have to be. I figured you'd have to go pretty deep to recall your past lives.

| I would have thought that it would depend on the person being regressed. I for example, am not a deep trance subject. I have tryed self-hypnosis and meditated a lot so I can relax quickly and easily, but I never seem to go very deep. In fact, even when I sleep a night, I have always been a light sleeper. Wake up easily and have insomnia too often. Does a person have to be very deep in order to recall past lives? Because if so it might not work to well for me. |

The person has something to do with it, but, in my experience, it depends more on the techniques being used than it does the person being hypnotized.
The right combination of techniques that work best for the individuals personality.
Good depth improves the chance of success. |
