1- like if hypnosis this working?
2-since I can do so that the hypnosis works fast like in shows, for example: if I want to do 3 hours of exercise without they hurt the muscles to me or feels too much pain, being hypnotized? |

Dear Frank
Under hypnosis please do not over exert yourself as you will feel an abreaction in the future.
Give yourself self hypnosis and then test your limits whilst in a normal non trance state and hopefully you will build up your physique within the bounds of your limits

| Frank, I aplaud your effort to use English, and learn while using it, I have a problem just using it, and my knowledge of other languages is so little that I would never attempt to use them online. However, I assume your real comfort language is Spanish, and if so, are there no books in that language that can give you the desired information? It is difficult to understand the questions, and any reply we give may cause you to make mistakes that will prove damaging. I hope that you can find an online message board in your own language also, it would help your progress. Since I have windows XP I think I may be able to find you one, and will try. Meantime, good luck with your search. Terry |
