Hey guys it's me again. I've had great success with creating my own hypnotic recording. I used a highly modified elman induction with two deepeners and then some basic direct suggestions.
Since I recorded the session, I've been studying more of the ericksonian language patterns because I have a fascination with them. I've seen their power when used properly. I was wondering if anyone here uses ericksonian patterns and how they combine them?
I made a recording last night using them but I feel like I could use the patterns in a more efficient and effective way when I combine them with Jerry Kein style hypnosis. By the way, I'm talking about patterns like "eventually _______." Where eventually here presupposes that whatever you're talking about is going to happen, it's just a matter of when.
Can someone help me? I could post the script I made to get some specific critiques if that will help you. |

I don't use much Ericksonian stuff. Makes things complicated when they don't need to be.

The language patterns are inherent in the way we already speak, you already use them in your day to day specking, and its only because your using them in isolation that your missing them and making them more complicated than they need not be- You need to have something in mind when using Ericksonian hypnosis, mindful intention of the results you want- once you have a clean specific direction and you have the what you want - in mind then all the suggestions, in the way you shape your language will in most part happen all by its self.
That was an example of Ericksonian languaging-and it's really easy, to apply them in any context- inside and out of side of hypnosis works really well, if you take the time to master- the art in all its forms- and you can transforms your skill just by doing it, in anyway that makes sense to you now- lol

That makes a lot of sense thank you. I'm going to make another recording with that in mind and I'll see how I do.
