Hi, I NEED help. I'm Fat, Frumpy, almost Fourty and LAZY!!! I am looking to be hynotised to give me motivation. I wake up every day with all good intentions but just have no energy. I know I need to eat healthy which I do but I've just got no motivation to exercise or anything else which requires energy. Can anyone help?? |

Personally I'd suggest someone that does analytical hypnosis. Solely addressing motivation may be enough, but may not be. May need to specifically address the behaviors that have gotten you to where you are, before addressing/increasing motivation. |

I have the same problem about the same age I even take those energy drinks, and even get short boosts of energy, but they don't last long, I`m just wondering if there something else? change of life style? I don't know. so many variables.

Ask yourself this what are the pros and cons of being fat is it worth your time and effort in getting fitter or would you like to enjoy your current life style and die up to 5-10-15-20 years before your time?
Losing weight is not so hard yet you need to want to- all you need to do is add 30 minutes extra walking your day- keep an eye on what you eat- you know the difference between good foods and not good foods- make sure your last meal of the day is between 6-7 pm- drink water 6-8 glasses a day- water is really really important- if you feel hungry at any time drink a glass of water wait 15 minutes if you feel hungry after that have a small meal. a lot of times your hungry feelings you get in most cases will be a sign of dehydration- rather than being genuinely hungry.
The rule of thumb if your burn energy your lose weight- if you eat less in conjunction of doing more physical stuff your weight will come off-
