| I am preparing for my dental exams.i have studied the material that i have study very thoroughly but then i couldnt give the exam since i thoguht i might need some more books to refer before giving exam then i lost the tract and i kept trying to study but i never could study that well.now my exam in 2 months and i dont have any interest to sit with same books,but i couldnt do it.all i am thinking is that i was perfect with the book before and now i dont remeber anything still cant study same .i really need help,trust me i tried my best to sit the book,all i want to is to forget what i studied before and start fresh,i know i will get interest if i have not studied that before.I dont know what to know .Please kindly let me know if i could get some help from local hypbotist.And also will 1 session sufficient?Thanks |

| I do not know anyone in that area.... If search in Google, or the phone book, I recommend finding someone who practices some form of analytical hypnosis or hypno-analysis. |

patrickg,I tried finding Hypno Analyst in my area whihc is West des moines (Iowa) but couldnt get any Hypnoanalyst.

From what I can tell by reading his website (training, number of years in business, cost, number of sessions) I think he should be able to help you with the issue you described above.
A person that practices hypnoanalysis will be listed as a hypnotist.. you'd have to contact them to ask about the hypnoanalysis part. |

| I called that person ,his assistant answered the phone and asked me what is the problem,and i explained for about 5 minutes and i asked whether my problem can be fixed? she said she dont know and she said i had to pay $256 for three sessions and said i have to pay in full if not they will charge more.I dint speak to greg the person who hypnotizes and i wonder how can the assistant knows that I require 3 sessions, I dont think she understood my problem. Is this what usually happens when we book appointment with Hypnotizer?,because I expected to get an appointment with Greg and discuss the problem ,so that I would know whether or not I should have hypnosis but instead his assistant was discussing and asking for paying the money even before talking to Greg.I felt that something is fishy.So I told her that I will call back .What you guys think?I never went to hypnotist ,and dont know if this is what happens usually.Kindly let me know.thanks |

I doubt it's anything fishy... just push their marketing too much ..
Call at least a couple other hypnotists in your area before making a decision. |
