Hi group,
 I was wondering if we are in a daily trance?
I see people lulling away at work. Is there a simple way, a script, to help people wakeup?

I read somewhere (possibly from some Kevin Hogan material??) that people are in some level of trance 70-80% of their day. I tend to believe this is generally true. Driving, one the phone, TV, reading, time on computer, etc.. There is hyper-focus, time distortion and suspended disbelief.
To get people to "wakeup" you can expose them to something out of the ordinary, break-up the routine they are in. Something that would require conscious/analytical thought to process. That could vary upon what your work is like... |

Breaking up their routine is a good idea. Such as "Office Meeting in 5 minutes!" That would wake them up'
Is there a script that can bring people out of daily trances?
I'd be interested buying it.

"Office Meeting in 4 minutes" would possibly be more reliable in breaking routines, instead of 5 minute increments. If you pay for a script to do this, I'll slap you.
Not really, but you're fully capable of making your own. "Office Meeting in 5 (or 4) minutes" is a good start.

Oops! I meant, "In 5 minutes we will have a office meeting in the conference room; be there!"
That would wake them up. That would break a trance.
Is Utradian similar to alpha state?
