Hello everyone
Is it the same thing, to be hypnotized from someone, like selfhypnosis, They work identic?
Can I hypnotize myself selhypnosis, without being hypnotized before from someone.
Can neurofeedback help to relax much more and in the right way, for selfhypnosis?

Hello Alban,
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. When working with someone else, you can be hypnotized by choosing to follow the instructions. But, when working alone, you are limited in the techniques you can use to achieve change.
Yes, you can hypnotize yourself without prior experience, but, it can be more difficult because you have nothing to compare it to... no point of reference to the goal state of hypnosis.
Neurofeedback can help give you a visual representation of your mental state. The goal being to have prevalent alpha and theta waves. This is the same as hypnosis. It will not relax you more and will probably cost more.
