greetings everyone,
I just joined your group and to start off, I heard sometime last week that hypnosis was erotic.
I have been hypnotised several times, and i never thought it was erotic, so can someone enlighten me on how hypnosis can be erotic or if its erotic for the hypnotist rather the client?

[I never came across that one before.] Neuro-subliminal marketing used to be about having extra frames inserted in the movie to make the audience want to buy refreshments at half-time. [A sort of manipulative subtext.] I wonder what Hilter used to seduce the Germany nation into a frenzy.

If you take the dictionary definition of erotic :Concerning or arousing sexual desire.
Then view the hypnotic state as a state of relaxation:
Tie that in with, anxiety inhibits sexual desire:
Then accept that relaxation reduces anxiety:
Then I suppose that Hypnosis can be erotic.
Speaking slowly and sensually to a consulting individual can have the desired affect to but is that true hypnosis? Im sure that self hypnosis along with carefully worded suggestion would also have an erotic outcome.
Re Hitler.
I was watching a programme on TV recently where they were discussing terrror. The theory was that there were distinct stages (unfortunately I can't remember them all) 1. Select an out group ( a B team). 2. Hilight the differences 3. Take away their rights. 4. Grant yourself permission to do with them what you wanted .
Also the study carried out by Bandoura where children observing a clown doll (BoBo) being abused carried out the same behaviour towards the doll ( Social learning theory).
"If enough of us are doing it and it's to the out group then it's ok "
In Germany the leader "fuhrer" gave the children permission to destroy the out group.
I believe that most "evil" act occur because permission was granted to the perpetrator or an accomplice

Just a personal opinion here and somewhat biased, I am sure. Hypnosex was discussed in my Certification training, and I believe it to be simply hype presented by overzealous males (trying to score) to suggestible women they are trying to ..... lure into believing them. I am sure that in many cases they have considered themselves to have been successful, but most likely would have been equally as successful using the same techniques and omitting the terminology.

To some people the thought of being controlled is in itself erotic, and therefore for those people the use of hypnosis to cominate them would be erotic. Similarly some people are turned on by the antics that they see at a stage show (again it can be the control element or it can be the imagery element of this particular aspect of hypnosis)
Imagery can also be used in roleplay situations, which some people find to be erotic.
I'm sure you've seen the experiements to see how senses can be altered, such as putting a persons hand in hot or cold water. Imagine if that were used to make a persons nipples or other privates more sensitive, for people who enjoy such sensitivity as a part of their sexual behaviour this too could be erotic.

I do have a client that insists he is coming to me for erotic hypnotic sessions. What we are mainly doing is allowing him to have a guided fantasy in a safe situation. Issues often as simple as needing permission to relax and enjoy the imagery is all that is needed for a successful releasing of the barriers that are created. Often the visualization is geared toward making the life changes we have discussed, ranging from weight control, to being able to feel emotions without having an anger or panic situation. Since I believe that fantasy hypnosis is like having a mini vacation I don't see the harm in allowing him to call it whatever he wants to.

to George and the all of you, erotic hypnosis is simply being aroused during a trance, usually with cumming in the end. i really enjoy it and there are lots of examples. you can find a lot of torrents for these recordings/videos(a few dozens of videos and many hundreds of recordings). good examples are kismetvideo, isabella vallentine, tranceproviders.

| I have never considered hypnosis for premature ejaculation,impotence & anorgasmia. I suppose it might help with these issues as anything one thinks of that is a concern or interest. Erotic hypnosis is probably a desire of more people thank one thinks. I wonder if you can achieve erotic hypnosis using self-hypnosis. It is worth a try. Seeing the number of people interested in this thread give it a try and come back and post your results |
