Hi,
I am doing a research about the topic "Does hypnotherapy help people to quit smoking?"
Have you actually tried hypnotherapy? Would you like to share your experiment? It's completely anonymous. You just have to answer some simple questions, nothing more.

The main question that needs to be asked when it comes to stopping smoking with hypnosis or in any other way is:
WHY do you want to stop smoking?
The main reason needs to be about the person who wants to stop. The worst answers in terms of success are
My wife wants me to stop
My kids want me to stop
Even a doctor wanting a person to stop is not really the best reason, especially when it is the first thing they say.
I work with a lot of smokers and even teach people how to help others quit smoking. When done the right way, it can usually be accomplished in 1 session, when the person is really ready to stop smoking.
Many people teach their students how to read a script to help people stop smoking, that is not effective unless it is customized to the individual. It has to be about them, not some cookie cutter system.
I spend about an hour talking to them before we start the session, then after about 90 minutes they emerge from hypnosis a non-smoker. I work with several doctors in the Dallas area who send people to me to stop smoking. A nurse in one of the office came to see me, then the doctor's office contacted me because she was not the first person from that office to come to see me.
Since I started working with hypnosis in 2003, I have helped many people with Stop Smoking Hypnosis. Hypnosis works with both the physical addiction and the mental and emotional aspect of smoking. This is why stop smoking hypnosis is so effective when compared to other methods of ending the smoking habit.
