My Subliminal Therapy business is the result of losing 10 stones (140 pounds) in 10 months - using a very primitive form of subliminal stimuli.
I created a silent subliminal programme, placing the content outside of the listening capabilities of the human ear (frequency), which I then "looped" - creating an 8 hour MP3 filled with pain & pleasure related weightloss affirmations.
Because of the silence, I played the MP3 all night - every night. I found that, within days, I was turning away from all the rubbish foods that had got me in the mess I was in - and, instead, looked for the healthy stuff I was continually telling my subconscious that I loved. I also found that I was becoming more active as the days went by - enjoying the exercise I always loathed, but had told my subconscious mind that I was so passionate about.
After a ten month period, I lost the weight I wanted to lose. My battle against my weight is an ongoing battle, and I often find I have piled on more than a few pounds. It isn't a problem as I return to my MP3, and re-programme my subconscious mind into losing this weight for me.
That MP3 now forms a major part of my Therapy Practice. Although more refined in terms of quality, the concept remains unchanged - whether it be weightloss, smoking, or anything else that I am treating.
And the funny thing? Whilst sleeping every night for ten months, I was being reprogrammed to lose my weight, eat healthily - and enjoy some much needed exercise. Without knowing it, my Wife was subjected to the same affirmational content of my programme - and is now as lean as she was when she was a teen, long before our Children made an appearance.
She is very pleased.....

| That is great. I did the same thing for a wife once when her husband was going to strip clubs. I called it relaxed for the hardworking man. |
