Posted - 11/12/2008 : 10:28:38 AM Hello All,
Need help from experts!
I have hypnotized 2 subjects & I could successfully bring them to Negative hallucinations status!
1st they passed the eye catalepsy test, then they passed the arm catalepsy & then,Number block after that Glove analgesia & Anesthesia finally Negative hallucinations.
My Problem is,
They remember all post suggestions & other suggestions what I gave them in trance, after the awake!
Even if Negative hallucinations was successful my post suggestion test was failed!
1) I gave them a post suggestion that after 2 minutes from awake their right hand palm will begin to itch! But that wasn't happen! 2) I gave them a post suggestion that when they here "Deep Sleep" They will relax & come to the trance but they know that I told them so!
what has gone wrong with me! Please expert help me!
Thanks! Nice Day! |

In fact I don't have any essential task to do so! But I am experimenting with hypnosis! I just wanted to know it for study purposes only!
However thanks for your advice!
Nice Day! |

Posted - 11/12/2008 : 11:04:09 AM I have never done any suggestions to forget sessions, nor do I ever plan to.
Aside from physiological damage, damage, the brain does not just forget things. The memory is there in some form.
Attempting to block memories of a session would serve no positive purpose. It could potentially repress emotions/memories that can negatively affect them later. It could potentially stop the person from processing the session information that would allow them to move forward. And, it could potentially expose you to liability.
What is the reason you want to do this? |

Posted - 11/12/2008 : 10:51:25 AM Thanks "patrickg" for your answer!
But still can I use a method like "secret room" to forget them what have said during the session? I haven't try it yet! If you have experience please explain me!
thanks! Have a nice day! |

Posted - 11/12/2008 : 10:46:10 AM Almost everyone will remember what was done and said during their trance.
If, during a session, you gave me a post hypnotic suggestion for something uncomfortable, like an itching hand, I would resist it.
If they wish to be hypnotized, your "Deep Sleep" post hypnotic induction would still help them.
I don't think there is anything wrong. I believe you would need to be more 'selective' in the person you are hypnotizing if you want them to follow-through with stage tricks, likes suggestions that are not necessarily in their current best interest. |
