Hi,
Anyone use a Theta wave C.D?
How did you find its value during a session?
Any thoughts or ideas on using such a tool?

The use of, and dependence on, devices (whirling discs, CD's,blinking goggles etc. is simply a sign of one's fear of a lack of ability and personal creativity.
Further, the user of devices gives away the power and authority that the word "hypnotist" denotes. It says,
"I really do not possess the training, ability and confidence to do the work BUT I have a gimmick that does it for me. In short, I am an impostor!" |

Andy,
First off, I do not use these CD's and never have. So, my opinion and experience is limited to hearing what clients tell me.
I have had numerous clients come to me after seeing other hypnotists that do use these types of CD's or 'blinky glasses'. The clients I have talked to do not like them. But then, if they did like them, they wouldn't be looking for a different hypnotist.
I guess if I did use them, I would only do it if the client liked them, but avoid becoming reliant upon the gimmicks.
