There is a software - free- hypnotic metronome that is useful on:

The ergonomic and GUI is not that good as it is a beta version but it is useful for auto-hypnosis ( start-delay, duration of metronome , blanck screen, etc...)

I've been a hypnotist for many years but haven't done it lately.
The best background I ever used was a soothing metronome beat.
I key my phases to it - "as you hear the soothing beat of the metronome, you find yourself dropping down deep, deeper and deeper - into a very deep state of relaxation" - later changed to state of hypnotic sleep.
I've used music, seashore and fireplace sounds - none worked as good for my own self hypnosis and the tapes I made.
I'm on today looking for a good reasonably priced metronome software, to make some mp3's for myself. Some metronomes make a harsh drum like sound and I can't use them - in fact I've made hypnosis tapes with my musical keyboard and they were too harsh and distracting.
Any information you can give me is much appreciated. Thanks

I have myself made several self hypnosis recordings in the recent past into which I incorporated the sound of a metronome in the background. I personally think this is more powerful than hypnotic music playing in the background. |

Does anyone have any experience with this? You certainly do not need a metronome to achieve Hypnosis and I doubt there is any proof that it even works. |

As with any EXE file download - there is always the potential for malware, spyware, hijacker or virus infection. Virus scanners only check for virus infections.
Be sure the web site you are downloading from is a known entity and even then you may install something unwanted. A known tactic by malware programmers is to take a real program and attach something extra to it which installs as you install the real program.
