Is it possible to get used to relaxation induction? Because, the very first time I used a self hypnosis mp3 I reached a really deep, profound state. But, now I can't reach that same state anymore since I know what he's about to say next. |

Its ok that you dont get the same experience that you had the first time, and its very understandable why that is, from the first to this time you have had new experiences, so each time you list to your MP3, its in a different time in history, so you will never have the same experience again, now hypnosis is a series of suggestions, that guide you from where you are at that time into a more relaxed and comfortable state of being, so now you have listened to this MP3 and as you know what is coming put now you could choose to allow your self to get more relaxed and just allow the MP3 to guide you. As you listen to it more and knowing that you know what is coming, then you can just go with it, could you not? And by doing that you might find the process become more enjoyable each time you listen.
