I have purchased many hypno cd's from various sources on the web. What happens if you listen to them while sleeping? I know you can hear while you are asleep, but what happens?
If your subconscious accepts the suggestions off the cd, do they then (after repetition) become part of your beliefs? In other words, will these tapes work while listening to them while asleep?
I am curious to know how the mind accepts suggestion while asleep.
