hi one of the skills of self hypnosis is the ability to recognise when you are in "a state of hypnosis" - which can be more troublesome than entering that state,
also the ability to split your mind into the roles of actor and observer (and again the recognition of the need of this ability)will help you on your way no end............ |

I was just wondering...I go this wednesday the first time to a hypnothrapist and wonder if I could take it over in thim...Someone is sending me a cassette too bout creative writing..I don't really know what to do with it either...Just put it on my walkman and lie down..Of course I can ask that when I receive the cassette in a e-mail to the person himself |
