So I've been listening to this audio file since saturday evening and have been listening to same one daily just before bed. I'll listen while in bed since it seems to be more comfortable to me. First night I just listened and don't think anything happened. Anyway, last night while I was listening my breathing was different like a slow pace and I tried the eye lock thing, which I think helped. As I continued on with listening to the words I kinda felt like body was getting numb or did get numb. I do have a window ac unit in my bedroom and noticed the sound got a little muffled, but the voice on file was loudest compared to anything in room it seemed. I have to say this file is like 40 minutes or right at it. Not really sure if I visualized anything when person asked to imagine something. Then I realized after only what felt like maybe 10 minutes or so it was the end and person was doing the counting to bring me back. So when I was told to stir and open my eyes I my skin felt different to touch and seemed like around eyes was a little moist. Did I enter a trance or was this just something else? Because it does seem like I did ask myself during, "Am I tranced/hypnotized?". |
