Hello Members,
I want to share a little success with self hypnosis that I had.
I was suffering from chronic constipation and IBS problem. I tried several of allopathic and ayurvedic medicines. But I was not getting permanent relief. In fact taking those medicines increased by acidity problem.
Once I decided to try out self hypnosis to solve this problem. Initially I wasn't sure, if it will work. But I went ahead with a firm belief.
I downloaded the self hynosis program to control IBS and started working with it.
Few days of consistently practicing with it, today I am fairly relieved from my IBS problem. And I don't need to take medicines now.
I have good bowel movements these days which gives be big relief.
That's how by way of my own personal experience I can vouch for the health benefits of Self hypnosis.

While the jury is still out on my client from the other day, this has happened many times before in different ways. She discovered that she died in a past life from an injury to her stomach when the ship was struck by a canon ball. A sharp part of the wooden deck that was destroyed from the attack stabbed her in the stomach before she was thrown into the water.
When I asked if she had any digestive issues, she mentioned IBS. Like many times before I helped her release the memory of that injury so she can let go of the IBS in her life today.
I work with many Past Life Regression clients and this is one of the repeating themes that comes up, especially when the past life self dies of a stomach injury. Several years ago I had 4 clients in 3 months who had something similar happen. One was shot in the stomach and another was stabbed in the stomach. I'd have to review the others to recall what happened to them. They all reported that their IBS symptoms went away after the session.
Unless they mention IBS before we start, I never know what to expect. But when they have a stomach injury that leads to their death, I make sure to ask about any sort of digestive issues. If so, I help them release the energy of the injury and they are good to go! |

IBS is ideal for treatment with self-hypnosis, as there is no structural damage to the body. According to the sources IBS treated with Hypnotherapy has success rate of around 70% it is probably rather higher than that found in diet change and medication, and the positive results of hypnotherapy were longer lasting.
